While I'm on it, I figured I'd just go for the second episode as well.

I don't really know what how to word what I feel about this episode. I couldn't see it for about 3 days because there were no download link. Living in a non-US country, Logo website is practically useless because I can't access any video content they have. I spent those 3 days by anxiously refreshing my source for download, sending message to a capper asking him to cap the second episode, and of course, torturing myself with spoilers, recaps and discussion posts.

When I finally got my download, I was in a super high adrenaline and dopamine mode, I was so excited I seriously couldn't control myself. I watched the episode and Untucked, and I LOVED IT. I was shaking, laughing, crying over it. I couldn't sleep thinking about it.

A couple of days later when I'm calmer I watched it again, and realize that I didn't like it as much as I did before, lol. I think the episode suffered from lack of air time/bad edit. There are so many things going on. They still have 12 contestants which means, we'll need a lot of airtime to get to know them all. First up, there's this booty challenge which was hilarious but cringe-worthy at the same time. Second they had the wrestling challenge which is the main challenge of this episode. The queens were required to create characters, storyline, and costume. They also had to practice their moves and learn how to wrestle. And then we get into the presentation of the main challenge. And after, suddenly we are at the runway, where the girls were asked to prepare their 'girly girl' look. Phew. This episode is just all over the place, I couldn't follow the story line. They even didn't show the pep talk scene of Ru with Chad Michaels' team. They didn't even show Milan's action at the main challenge, they didn't show us Ru giving them the task to prepare a girly girl look. They didn't give us enough behind the scene footage where the queens were preparing for it all. There is no story about how and why the queens chose to go with their runway or challenge look. In short, all over the place. Too many queens, too many challenges, too little time. My head couldn't catch up.

This wouldn't be as much as a recap, but reviews on the queens :
Willam : I seriously think she looks cuter out of drag in this episode. Loved her in the booty challenge, but not so much in the wrestling challenge and runway.
Milan : Poor Milan, I know she's not that memorable, but the show could at least show her action in the MAIN challenge? It was shown for some seconds before the commercial break. She's okay.
Jiggly : I still don't like her. Next to go, please.
Kenya : I changed my opinion on her, I think she's not that annoying, lol. She does look more like a mini Yara Sofia in this episode, with her craziness in the challenge and how she's always all out on the runway. She's very polished, too.
Latrice : She's such a mama. I loved her during Untucked.
Madame : Meh, she's alright. But complains a lot.
Princess : Princess is such a let down. I LOVE HER, and many are rooting for her, but she does not live to our expectations. She's super gorgeous, flawless make-up, good fashion taste, but argh, just frustrates us all with her ... zen-ness. I mean I love zen and everything, but YOUR IN A TELEVISED DRAG QUEEN REALITY SHOW. Things need to be exaggerated and over the top!
LaShauwn : She's annoying me with IDK what, but glad she's gone.
Dida Ritz : Girl, what. I appreciate your love for Carrie Bradshaw as she is also one of the fashion influence of my life but girl. What you wore on the runway was just wrong. If it's based on the runway, you deserve to be in the bottom 2.
Phi Phi : Such a strong character. She was YELLING all the way through Untucked. It was a good, raw moment, but sometimes yelling doesn't solve a problem, ya know? Btw, I love her in the wrestling challenge, her make-up was cute. Her drag voice is super cute. Not liking the runway so much, she does look much older with that make-up and styling.
Chad Michaels : Such a sweet person! Did you see how she was so careful about Madame LaQueer when she said she once had injury on her ankle? Chad Michaels came across as very mature and kind in this episode, especially in Untucked. She get a new respect from me, I don't get why there are people who hates her.

And now, it's time for ...

Sharon Needles Moments

Now since I'm lazy, unlike last time, this time I will just steal other people's stuff.
Why would I go through all the trouble to make gifs that has been done 100 times before?

Entrance
I LAHVE her boy outfit from this day. A haloween pumpkin face t-shirt, polkadot scarf, and again, that plushie. I really want to know the story about this plushie. And the best piece, are her pants. How awesome are those?

Mini Challenge

okay these are by me posted at fuck-yeahsharonneedles @ tumblr

Main Challenge
I don't like violence, I don't like wrestling, but this episode changed my whole point of view on it. This challenge is done in such a campy way it was hilarious. The important note here though, how Sharon appears with something that looked like a bikini, with gorgeous blond hair and pretty face. She's so skinny!

Before Runway
I think the bonding moment in Chad Michaels' group was sweet. Milan asked Madame about how her family thinks of her doing drag. Madame said she's not close to her family at all. Chad Michaels teared up, and Sharon offered her comfort while hugging Madame saying “We’re selfish, vain, creatures of beauty, and isn’t it bizzare how we make the best friends in the world!”.

Runway
OH MY GOD, she's so pretty. I love this look. I love the color scheme, the shape, the hair, the make-up, this is just so pretty.

Untucked
Ru gave her a surprise in the Golden lounge.

Echoing every RPDR blogger out there, it was nice to see the vulnerable side of her. That video of Alaska is the cutest thing ever.

Okay love me some Miss Needles, but in the future, there will be NO MORE Sharon Needles moments, these posts are just too much work!
