White Collar
So excited for this season of White Collar to start! I think this is one of the rare tv series which still has its charm and good storyline even after three seasons. Also, Neal Caffrey is a total eye candy. Love the characters, love the settings, love the storyline, love everything. I've watched episode one and can't wait to see the next one! On my cable they were promoting White Collar 3 (-____-) Why oh why can't Fox South East Asia get the latest season as well?

RuPaul's Drag U
I started watching this season of RPDU continouing my obsession of RPDR Season 4 queens. But yeah, it didn't change much since the last time I saw it, it's still a sad, pathetic show. I mean, the queens are fantastic, fabulous, fierce, fun, funny, and any other praise words that started with f, but the show is not. These women portrayed in the show are ... sad, pathetic, lacking self-confidence, with non-ideal face/body shape. Also, I dislike the dragulator so much. I mean, this show supposed to help those ladies look better, but those dragulator images are HIDEOUS. Even drag queens would get criticized if they ever look like that! I don't enjoy watching this show, it's so depressing. There are not much of those fabulous queens we know from RPDR, and the show is not funny. Drag shows are supposed to be fun and funny! I got secondhand embarrassment just from watching it. Also, no RuPaul in drag!!!

Since I don't live in the US, I can't watch the show on their site so I'll have to wait a while and then download it. I don't know if it's worth the effort, I just want to see Sharon.

The Midnight Beast
It's such a struggle to find this series online! I've searched my regular places with no results, I've visited their site and proved that living in countries outside the UK guaranteed that the content isn't avaiable for you, I've tried that IP address concealing-thingy and it didn't work! Two days ago I found the torrents OH THANK GOD. But on the sad news, my download stopped at 93% and no one is seeding the file, OMG SEED PLEASEEEE. I pushed myself to watched the slightly incomplete video file yesterday and it was quite an interesting show. Maybe I need subtitles to help me understand the story better, but overall, the show is very midnight beast - a combination of funny, stupid and talented. I love the aesthetics in it, the lighting, the camera work, the settings of the music video, the outfits, etc. I just hope the show doesn't exploit their songs too much, because I worry that it'll lose its charm for the audience. Anyway, I'm very happy that youtube stars like them are discovered by mainstream media, they are very creative and they deserved this.

One Piece
My brother is home, which also means we'll be watching One Piece together, catching up on the episodes. Last night we watched episode 537-540-ish I forgot, the episodes were kinda boring, they showed too much of the past. Maybe also because I was sleepy. Maybe also because I was only watching bits of the animation as I was busy painting my nails while listening to the voice from the tv. I don't know how I feel about this anime anymore, it used to be so funny and stupid, and now it's no longer as funny. It's still one of my favorite though, and I'd still watch it together with my brother and sister for the sake of the old days.

Youkai Ningen Bem
Two weeks ago on Saturday I went to a colleague's apartment and she gave me dvds of television drama series Youkai Ningen Bem (broadcasted last year). I haven't seen dorama in a long time, but I liked Kamenashi Kazuya when he played Shuuji in Nobuta so I figured I'd give it a shot. Turns out, this is such a weird one! And as I started watching, I couldn't stop until the last episode and so ... that, was what I did on my last weekend; marathoning Youkai Ningen Bem while making button necklace for a friend.

I went to search more about this dorama, and it's made based on an animation series that was broadcasted from 1968-1969 *faints at how old it is*. And the animation looks scarier than the live action.

Overall reaction, it was ... not good, lol. The story is about overcoming bad things and bad people and it just fell flat and so cliche. Kame looks cute and he has such smooth skin. The character though, is too cold and even though he got an award for playing Bem, I don't really enjoy his acting. The kid who played Belo is so cute and good at acting. The one who played Bella is pretty. But again, I don't like the character and the story in general so I don't see anything special about her. Well, I guess it was okay for time killing.
